TORONTO — November 28, 2007 — RBC has been named the 2007 "Bank of the Year" for Canada, awarded by the world's oldest international banking magazine, The Banker.
In its eighth year, The Banker's Bank of the Year Award reflects the success and overall achievements of the world's top financial institutions. The award, given to a single bank in each country, is for the best overall performance in the previous period incorporating the performance criteria of qualitative achievements and strategic initiatives.
