RBC Direct Investing Ranked #1 in Overall Customer Service for 2007
TORONTO — January 15, 2008— RBC Direct
Investing has received Dalbar's 2007 Direct Brokerage Service
Award, given to the Canadian Direct Brokerage firm providing
the best overall service to their investors over the calendar
year.
Dalbar Inc. is an independent third party that examines the
service quality provided by the country's largest self-service
brokerages. RBC was ranked on a number of factors including
product knowledge, professionalism, and ability to provide
value-added service. Also included in the evaluation of service
is the effectiveness of e-mail communication, telephone wait
times, e-mail response times, and the client's overall online
experience.
