The IS Awards are presented by the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) to recognize employers and individuals throughout the Greater Toronto Region for their leadership and innovation in integrating skilled immigrants in the workplace.

Four awards are presented each year, including the all-new RBC Immigrant Advantage Award for SMEs (Small or Medium Sized Employers) which honours a small or medium-sized organization that demonstrates the business impact of leveraging the skills of immigrants and yielding tangible results for both business and skilled immigrants.
