The Programme is registered under the National Housing Act (Canada). The covered bonds offered under the Programme have not been approved or disapproved by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“CMHC”) nor has CMHC passed upon the accuracy or adequacy of any of the disclosure contained in the documents posted on this site. The covered bonds offered under the Programme are not insured or guaranteed by CMHC or the Government of Canada or any other agency thereof.
